Care Notes

How to make good clothes last: a short guide to laundering, storing and repairing your Fabsaree pieces.

Wash less. Air more. This is the first rule of a wardrobe you intend to keep.

For our linens and cottons: cold wash, inside out, and dry flat in the shade. Iron on the reverse while just damp; the fibres remember pressure.

For our knitwear: fold, never hang. A shoulder that has spent months on a wooden hanger has a memory you cannot press out. Store between sheets of acid-free tissue.

And — this is important — visit the tailor. A quiet re-stitch, a shortened hem, a re-lined pocket: these are how a garment becomes yours.
