1. Return window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason within this window.
2. Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, damage or perfume/deodorant will not be accepted.
3. Non-returnable
Innerwear, swimwear, custom orders, altered items, and sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
4. Reverse pickup
Where reverse pickup is available (serviceable pincodes), we will arrange a courier at our expense for defective/incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a reverse-shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.
5. Exchange
Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock availability. If your requested piece is unavailable we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Quality inspection
All returned items undergo a quality inspection within 3 business days of receipt. Approved returns are refunded per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
